Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote real estate projects and generate new leads.
- Respond to inbound queries from clients regarding properties and real estate services.
- Schedule and coordinate property viewings or site visits with interested clients and sales agents.
- Explain property details such as location, amenities, pricing, and features over the phone.
- Maintain and update customer databases and records in CRM systems.
- Follow up regularly with leads to nurture their interest and address concerns, aiming to move them towards a sale.
- Provide feedback to the management on customer needs and trends in the market.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to achieve set targets and objectives.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum education: Preference may be given to graduates.
- Prior experience in tele calling, telemarketing, customer service, or sales (preferably in real estate) is advantageous.
- Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer knowledge.
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Good time management and multitasking capabilities.
- Customer relationship management techniques and telemarketing strategies.
- Ability to handle rejection, remain positive, and work towards targets.
- Organizational skills to manage a high volume of calls and follow-up schedules.
Pay & Benefits:
- Fixed salary with additional incentives based on performance.
