We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Person with a proven track record in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong client-handling ability, and the drive to achieve sales targets.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of proven sales experience in real estate (mandatory)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools preferred
- Local market knowledge in Trivandrum will be an added advantage
