About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales Professional to join our team in Raipur. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in real estate sales and strong knowledge of the local property market.
This role requires excellent communication, client management, and negotiation skills to drive property sales and achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in the real estate market.
- Handle end-to-end sales processes, including lead generation, property presentations, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Maintain and expand a strong network of brokers, channel partners, builders, and investors.
- Conduct site visits with clients and explain project specifications, layouts, and pricing.
- Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by implementing effective strategies.
- Prepare and present sales reports to management, highlighting progress and opportunities.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Requirements
- Mandatory: Minimum 3 to 7 years of experience in core real estate sales.
- Strong knowledge of Raipur’s residential and commercial property market.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage client relationships effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
Qualifications
- Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA / PGDM in Sales & Marketing preferred).
- Experience: 3 to 7 years in real estate sales (mandatory).
