Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and digital channels
- Guide clients through the buying, selling, or leasing process professionally and efficiently
- Conduct property viewings, client meetings, and site inspections
- Maintain updated knowledge of available listings, market conditions, and real estate trends
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business and referrals
- Negotiate offers and close deals with confidence and professionalism
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions using CRM tools
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Female candidates only (as per company policy for client handling)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or client service (Real Estate background is an advantage)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Presentable, confident, and customer-focused personality
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and real estate CRM tools
