Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive with proven real estate experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the real estate market, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for helping clients find their ideal property. You will be responsible for lead generation, client management, and closing sales for residential and/or commercial properties.
- Key Responsibilities:Generate leads through networking, referrals, site visits, digital platforms, and cold calling
- Meet with clients to understand their property needs and preferences
- Present and promote residential and/or commercial properties to prospective buyers
- Coordinate and conduct site visits, property tours, and open houses
- Maintain a database of leads and follow up regularly to nurture client relationships
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring client satisfaction and company revenue targets are met
- Stay updated with market trends, property values, and legal regulations
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for lead support and post-sale coordination
- Prepare necessary documentation (e.g., agreements, proposals) and ensure legal compliance.
