Role Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic, target-driven Sales Executives who are passionate about real estate and client success. This is a field-intensive role that involves property presentations, client meetings, site visits, and end-to-end deal closure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend and manage inbound client inquiries (calls, online leads, walk-ins)
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable property options
- Schedule and conduct physical site visits for prospective buyers
- Present project features, pricing, and benefits effectively
- Negotiate with clients and close deals independently
- Build and maintain long-term relationships for referrals and repeat business
- Coordinate with backend and documentation teams to ensure smooth transactions
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update CRM systems accurately
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned
Candidate Requirements:
- 1 to 4 years of sales experience (Real estate experience preferred but not mandatory)
- Must possess a 2-wheeler with valid driving license (Field visits are essential)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent in English and at least one or more regional languages
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple leads effectively
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and confident
- Knowledge of local Bangalore real estate market is an added advantage
- Immediate joiners will be given preference
