About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented R&D Intern to join our Research & Development team. The intern will assist in conducting experiments, analyzing data, supporting innovation projects, and contributing to the development of new products, processes, or technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Support ongoing R&D projects through research, documentation, and technical analysis
- Assist in setting up and conducting laboratory or field experiments (if applicable)
- Collect, compile, and analyze data from experiments and trials
- Prepare technical reports and presentations for internal reviews
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Product Development, Quality Control, and Manufacturing
- Stay updated with relevant scientific or technological advancements
- Maintain proper records of findings, materials, and procedures
Eligibility Criteria
- Completed a Bachelor' degree in [e.g.,Cosmetics , Powder chemist ,skincare)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Basic understanding of R&D concepts and techniques
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,486.19 - ₹20,822.85 per month
