Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the billing team, ensuring efficiency and task allocation.
- Ensure high-quality, accurate billing and follow up on any issues.
- Audit processes for compliance and performance.
- Collaborate with other RCM teams (Payment Posting, AR, Coding) to ensure smooth operations.
- Lead quality improvement efforts and provide feedback to the team.
- Prepare performance reports and track KPIs.
- Evaluate team performance and provide training or support.
- Resolve issues and escalate when necessary.
- Respond to clinician queries regarding billing.
- Foster teamwork and communication within the team.
Qualifications:
- 0.6-1 Years' Experience working as a RCM medical billing or medical billing is required.
- Experience with patient billing issues
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹9,910.60 - ₹32,855.85 per month
