Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented QuickBooks Specialist for managing accurate books for our holding company as well as some of our startup companies. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in using QuickBooks Online for accounting and financial management for multiple companies/clients/projects. This role is essential in ensuring accurate financial reporting and efficient accounting operations for our company and the startup companies affiliated with us.
What you’ll do:
- Manage and maintain all aspects of the QuickBooks accounting system, including data entry, account reconciliation, and financial reporting for multiple companies/clients/projects.
- Create complex invoices and manage receivables, ensuring timely invoicing and payment from clients.
- Create bills and entries for payments to all employees and contractors.
- Assign all invoices to clients and all salary payments to appropriate clients/projects for accurate P&L for each client/project.
- Prepare weekly/monthly P&L for the company and each client/project, and keep it updated on daily basis.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports, including Balance Sheets and P&L statements for the company and for each client/project.
- Conduct regular audits of financial transactions and procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities, providing insights based on financial data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning and analysis.
- Respond to inquiries from management and clients regarding financial data and reporting.
- Stay updated on accounting best practices and QuickBooks software enhancements.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience working with QuickBooks Online.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
- Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and proactively with minimal supervision.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
