Position: Quantity Surveyor
Location: Kochi, Kerala
Experience Required: 3–5 years
Qualification: B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Salary: ₹35,000 per month
Job Type: Full-time, Office-based
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs and cost estimates for construction projects.
- Collaborate with the design team to identify cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
- Monitor project costs and provide regular cost reports to stakeholders.
- Assist in the preparation of tender documents and evaluate vendor bids.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and timelines.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
