Experience : 6 TO 10 YRS
Functional Responsibilities :
Providing MEP costing input to Businesses plan at Massing- TDD stage.
Cost inputs to Business plan.
Conduct Value Engineer workshops at every stages of design
Knowledge of key design ratios and thumb rules of costing.
Release of BOQ for tendering to Purchase Dept.
Ensuring no variation in Quantities & avoiding non tender items.
Ensure all the rates as per latest market standards/ practice and to make sure
zero variations during tendering process.
Cost reduction in construction process
Preparing the L,B,D Measurement based on Drawings
In charge of Rate analysis & Cost analysis
Cost Monitoring & Tracking for all project against Headings
Escalations due to process changes / & optimizing additional request (NT Items) by regular review.
Monitoring Cost walk during pre-construction.
Standardisation of BOQ, Rate analysis and specifications for segment wise projects.
