Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and BOQs for commercial interior projects.
- Conduct quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications.
- Perform cost control and value engineering during project execution.
- Evaluate vendor quotations, rate analysis, and negotiation for cost efficiency.
- Monitor and track project costs, variations, and financial progress reports.
- Prepare and review contracts, subcontracts, and work orders.
- Handle billing verification and certification for vendors and contractors.
- Prepare MIS reports and cost summaries for management.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and execution teams to ensure cost alignment with project scope.
- Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying / Construction Management.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in quantity surveying for commercial interior or fit-out projects.
- Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, rate analysis, and contract management.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and cost estimation software.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
