Working in Press Shop, Fabrication area, .
Monitoring & controlling of all the process of shop floor.
Coordinate to Associate in Shifts to fulfill Customer requirement.
Responsible for instruments calibration and manage sheet for traceability.
Prepare Shop floor documents like Process check sheet, Work Instruction,
Quality Alert, Training Topic and Records etc.
Analysis of rejection and rework and take corrective actions with CFT to reduce the same. Implementation of Poke-Yoke and Kaizen in process to improve product quality.
Part of a team in the development of New Product.
Responsible for Process audit, Product audit, 5’S Audit Etc.
Handling in In-house complaint of Press shop & Assembly Shop and make Corrective actions & Preventive actions regarding quality issues.
Daily basis Red Bin analysis and make counter measure against major rejection. Ensure Products meet their company’s Quality Standards and are safe for consumers to use.
Give training to Production team & operators on Quality Control measure to improve product excellence. Basic Knowledge of Quality Core tools.
Knowledge of GD&T, Autocad,7QC Tools,4M,3M,5’S, Kaizen, Red Bin analysis, Poke-Yoke
