Supervise and lead the quality control team on the shop floor and sites ,Conduct inspections of raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods (kitchens, furniture, Ensure adherence to company quality standards, safety regulations, and customer specifications .windows). Maintain and update quality documentation, inspection reports, and compliance records. Collaborate with production and design teams to resolve quality issues.,Identify root causes of defects and implement corrective and preventive actions. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for quality compliance of incoming materials.
