Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and inspect raw materials (e.g., wheat) and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Ensure adherence to food safety management systems (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000).
- Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with production, maintenance, and warehousing teams to resolve quality-related issues.
- Maintain records of quality control tests, deviations, and corrective actions.
- Ensure laboratory equipment is calibrated and maintained as per SOPs.
- Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation and accompanying auditors.
- Conduct employee training on food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science or Food Tech.
- 1+ years of experience in a food production environment.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
