Role & responsibilities:
- Conduct the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) process for Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure the assembly and testing of machines meet high-quality standards.
- Communicate test results and ensure necessary adjustments are made during the testing phase.
- Maintain detailed records of all testing processes, outcomes, and issues identified.
- Bill of material ensure the incoming stage & also verified the while preassembly stage.
- Must know the understand the BOM process.
Preferred candidate profile:
- Basic knowledge and hands-on experience with the FAT/SAT (Site Acceptance Test) process.
- Proficiency in quality tools such as 7QC (Seven Basic Quality Tools) and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions).
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Bill of Materials (BOM).
- Strong understanding of essential measuring instruments and their correct usage,
- Sound knowledge of machine elements, both mechanical and electrical.
- Basic with PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers), HMI (Human-Machine Interface), and IPC (Industrial PC) systems.
- Good knowledge and experience in handling test record documentation

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
