- Job Title: Quality Inspector – Plastic Division

- Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect incoming raw materials (plastic resins, colorants, additives) for quality compliance.
- Conduct in-process and final inspection of molded plastic components as per quality standards.
- Use measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other QC tools.
- Record and report inspection results accurately and maintain relevant documentation.
- Identify defects such as warping, short shots, burn marks, flashing, etc., and communicate with production teams for corrective action.
- Ensure adherence to ISO/TS or IATF quality systems (if applicable).
- Support Root Cause Analysis and corrective action implementation for quality issues.
