Location :Kayavarohan, Vadodara
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of forged & machined components using micrometres and vernier calliper.
- Read and interpret technical drawings to ensure product dimensions are within specified tolerances.
- Fill out detailed inspection reports for each batch of inspected components.
- Ensure adherence to quality control standards and procedures.
- Work closely with the production team to address any quality issues.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in visual and dimensional inspection.
- Proficiency with micrometers, vernier calipers, and other measurement tools.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and dimensions.
- Attention to detail and strong reporting skills.
