Job Title: Quality Control Supervisor

Job Summary:
The Quality Control (QC) Supervisor oversees daily quality assurance and control activities to ensure that products meet required standards before reaching customers. This role manages QC inspectors, enforces quality control policies and procedures, and ensures compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the day-to-day operations of the Quality Control team, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
- Ensure adherence to company quality standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO, GMP, FDA, etc.).
- Inspect materials, products, and processes at various stages of production to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Investigate quality issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Maintain documentation and records of quality inspections, test results, and non-conformances.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve quality-related issues.
- Conduct internal audits and assist with external audits or customer inspections.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in quality processes and practices.
- Ensure calibration and maintenance of QC equipment and tools.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹28,269.98 per month
