Responsibilities:
- Raw material in-process samples analysis as per the standard specifications mentioned in the quality plan for raw materials.
- Preparation & standardization of stock solutions.
- Operate & handle instruments like HPLC, UV Spectro & Others used for analysis of RM.
- Conduct RM analysis & generate reports based on analysis, for approvals.
- Monitor intermediate project batches in shifts on HPLC.
- Responsible for calibration of various instruments like pH meter, HPLC, UV, KF Titrimeter, etc.
- Preparation of standard operating procedure & standard testing procedure.
- Following the good laboratory practices.
- Maintaining stock of lab chemicals & consumables & follow up of the indenting material.
AUTHORITIES:
- Implement process improvements to prevent quality issues.
- Maintain and control inventory of Reagents, Chemicals/glass wares.
- Prepares analytical reports and certificates of analysis.
Candidate Profile:
- B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry.
- Min 1 year for M.Sc. & Min 2 years for B.Sc.
- Age range should be within 23 to 28 years
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹275,000.00 per year
