Job Title: Quality Control Supervisor

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Production & Quality Control Supervisor for our retail manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in quality checks across various stages of production, especially in wood and powder-coated products, and be able to interpret technical drawings effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Measurement & Instrumentation:
- Operate and handle various measuring instruments to ensure dimensional accuracy.
- Drawing Interpretation:
- Read and understand technical/engineering drawings for production and quality assurance.
- Material Inspection:
- Conduct incoming quality checks on raw materials to ensure compliance with specifications.
- In-Process Quality Control:
- Monitor and inspect production processes to identify and resolve quality issues in real time.
- Powder Coating & Finishing:
- Oversee the powder coating process and ensure high-quality finishing standards are met.
- Wooden Material Knowledge:
- Understand the characteristics of wooden materials and verify their suitability as per drawing requirements.
- Paint & Polish Evaluation:
- Inspect wooden surfaces for proper paint and polish application.
- Final Product Inspection:
- Perform final quality control checks before dispatch to ensure product excellence.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in quality control or production supervision, preferably in the retail furniture or fixtures industry.
- Strong understanding of measuring tools and QC standards.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering/dimensional drawings.
- Familiarity with woodwork and powder coating processes.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Good communication and team coordination skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
