Role Summary:
Responsible for ensuring quality assurance, compliance with FSSAI standards, and
maintaining food safety protocols across production units.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance systems and SOPs.
- Conduct internal audits and ensure FSSAI compliance.
- Manage product testing, quality checks, and corrective actions.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities and external auditors.
- Drive continuous improvement in food safety and quality standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Food Technology/Food Science.
- Strong knowledge of FSSAI standards and HACCP.
- Experience in food production quality control.
- Leadership, analytical, and documentation skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per month
