Job Summary:
We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented QA Manual Tester to join our team. You will be responsible for ensuring that our software products are stable, bug-free, and meet user requirements through thorough manual testing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze requirements, user stories, and technical specifications for clarity and testability
- Design, develop, and execute manual test cases for web, mobile, and/or desktop applications
- Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or Azure DevOps
- Perform regression, smoke, functional, integration, and exploratory testing
- Work closely with developers, product managers, and other QA engineers to understand features and resolve issues
- Participate in sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives
- Ensure test coverage by validating all acceptance criteria
- Create and maintain detailed test documentation
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in software quality assurance (manual testing)
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Experience with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail)
- Basic knowledge of SQL for data validation
- Ability to think critically and analytically
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
