QA Manual Tester Job - Trained or Experienced (max 3 yr) can Apply

Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze requirements and create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
- Execute manual test cases for web and mobile applications
- Identify, record, and document bugs thoroughly
- Perform regression, functional, UI, usability, and exploratory testing
- Collaborate with developers and project managers to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Maintain clear documentation of test results, bug reports, and testing progress
- Verify fixes and perform follow-up testing
- Participate in daily standups and QA-related discussions with the team
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and QA methodologies
- Familiar with tools like Jira, TestRail, or similar bug tracking/test management tools
- Basic understanding of databases and ability to run SQL queries is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
