Position Overview

Job Title- QA - Manual Tester, AS

Location- Pune, India

Role Description

• This role is within the DWS Global Technology team and will interact with the various business groups globally, e.g. Global Client Group, Trading, Risk, Compliance and Finance.
• The developer will be responsible for delivering the technology projects with focus on the DWS Strategic projects and changes driven by upcoming regulatory milestones.

Your key responsibilities

• As a Tester understand the business requirements and create comprehensive test cases as per end user’s experience, conduct functional, regression and end to end testing.
• Execute full SDLC process.
• Develop software verification plans and quality assurance procedures
• Develop and execute test scenarios, scripts and procedures for unit, system, integration, functional and acceptance testing.
• Drive continuous improvement in testing processes and methodologies.
• Monitor testing progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.

Your skills and experience

• 7-8 years of QA & Testing experience.

Asset Management Domain Knowledge

• Good understanding of QA Principles.
• Experience in running effective QA reviews
• Knowledge in Banking domain, especially Asset Management preferred.

• Ability to partner with Business Analyst to interpret functional specifications
• Ability to multi-task in a high-pressure environment
• Ability to pick up new product and technical knowledge quickly
• Ability to quickly learn new and complex processes
• Responsible for identifying, escalating and resolving project issues to achieve the smooth process flow.
• Excellent communication skills; fluent in English (written and verbal)
