Key Responsibilities
∙Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive test plans and strategies aligned with
our development lifecycle
∙Lead automated testing efforts using industry-standard frameworks and tools
∙Perform thorough manual testing when necessary and document detailed test cases
∙Identify, document, and track defects through resolution using our defect management
system
∙Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to understand
requirements and validate implementations
∙Continuously improve our QA processes, methodologies, and tools
Required Qualifications
∙Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent
practical experience
∙5+ years of experience in software quality assurance with a focus on test automation
∙Strong programming skills in at least one language (Python, Java, JavaScript)
∙Expertise with test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright
∙Experience with API testing and tools like Postman or SoapUI
∙Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and how to integrate testing effectively
∙Proficiency with defect tracking and test management systems
∙Experience with performance, security, and load testing methodologies
∙Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Qualifications
∙Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools
∙Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, and/or GCP), preferably GCP
∙Experience with test infrastructure design and maintenance
∙Strong Background in agile development environments
