Role Overview
We are looking for experienced Industrial Trainers to mentor students in Python, Data Science. Trainers will design and deliver engaging sessions, guide students through projects, and provide real-world insights that make them job-ready.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver online training sessions (live/recorded) on assigned technology tracks (Python, Data Science, .
- Develop curriculum, assignments, and capstone projects aligned with industry standards.
- Provide hands-on mentoring by reviewing student projects, code, and problem-solving approaches.
- Conduct doubt-solving sessions, Q&A forums, and weekly mentor calls.
- Prepare students for technical interviews, resume building, and industry expectations.
- Collaborate with the Knowletive team to continuously improve course content.
- Share real-world case studies and best practices to bridge theory and industry applications.
Requirements & Skills
- Education: B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA / MSc (Computer Science/IT) or equivalent.
- Experience: 2+ years industry experience in one or more domains:
- Python Development (Flask/Django, API building, data handling)
- Data Science (ML, Statistics, Pandas, NumPy, visualization, projects)
- Strong teaching/mentoring skills, ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Hindi/Marathi optional but a plus).
- Previous teaching/training/mentoring experience (preferred but not mandatory).
