We are looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic DSA with Python Facilitator to train and mentor students or professionals in mastering data structures and algorithms using Python. The facilitator will be responsible for delivering structured, interactive sessions focused on problem-solving, algorithmic thinking, and coding interview preparation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth training sessions on Data Structures and Algorithms using Python.
- Teach core topics including recursion, sorting, searching, linked lists, trees, graphs, dynamic programming, and time/space complexity.
- Help learners build strong problem-solving skills and prepare for coding interviews.
- Provide regular assessments, coding challenges, and personalized feedback.
- Guide learners through industry-relevant problems and platform-based practice (e.g., LeetCode, HackerRank).
Required Skills:
- Strong command of Python programming and DSA concepts.
- Experience in competitive coding or technical interview preparation.
- Ability to break down complex problems and explain solutions clearly.
- Excellent communication and mentorship skills.
- Prior teaching or facilitation experience is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
