Certification : Electrical Supervisor Competency Certificate issued by the Maharashtra State Electrical Licensing Board
Experience : 2-4 yrs. experience as a Electrician or refurbishment in Pumping Stations/ Manufacturing plants/ Substation/ Power Plants / Large industry.
Job Description :
The role of an Electrical Supervisor encompasses a range of responsibilities, including overseeing electrical installations, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and managing maintenance tasks for government infrastructure projects.
1. Should have Knowledge of electrical system, different type of starters such as DOL, star- Delta starters & soft starters, relay, industrial wiring.
2. Good hand in using Electrical Instruments Multi meters, High voltage insulation tester, Earth tester, hand operated and digital Megger etc.
3. Should have expertise in termination of Aluminium/ Copper armoured power cables up to 400 sq.mm or above.
4. Must have knowledge of control circuits, power circuit, single line diagram, relays,circuit breakers, HT & LT Panel, HT & LT motor, Transformer, DG set, EOT cranes, DCDB battery chargers etc.
5) Lead and manage teams of electricians and technicians, assigning tasks and ensuring adherence to safety protocols and project timelines
6) Oversee the installation, testing, and maintenance of electrical systems in government buildings and infrastructure projects.
7) Ensure all electrical works comply with the Indian Electricity Rules, 1956, and other relevant regulations
8) Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and inspections conducted.
9) Provide guidance and training to junior staff .

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
