We're Hiring: Purchase/Storekeeper
Location: Millennials Restobar, Kathrikadavu, Kochi
Experience: 1-3 years in F&B or Hospitality Sector
Are you organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing restaurant inventory? We’re looking for a proactive Purchase/Storekeeper to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Maintain stock levels and inventory records
- Source and purchase quality ingredients and supplies at the best prices
- Receive and inspect incoming goods
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of stock
- Coordinate with kitchen and management for stock requirements
- Prepare daily/weekly stock reports
Requirements:
- Proven experience in purchase/storekeeping, preferably in a restaurant or hotel
- Strong knowledge of F&B products and local suppliers
- Good negotiation and communication skills
- Familiar with inventory software and basic MS Excel
- Honest, reliable, and highly organized
