Purchase & Procurement Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle daily purchase requirements of mechanical, electrical, and general items

• Prepare purchase orders, follow up with vendors, and track delivery schedules

• Compare quotations, negotiate with vendors, and finalize deals

• Maintain vendor records, purchase documentation, and approval workflows

• Coordinate with stores and production teams for inventory planning
