Job Title: Purchase Order Executive
Experience: 1–2 Years
Location: Borivali, Mumbai
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the procurement team to manage and process purchase orders accurately and on time.
- Prepare, review, and maintain Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for various projects.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to ensure timely order placement and delivery.
- Track and monitor purchase order status, ensuring compliance with company policies and budget.
- Assist in vendor evaluation, price comparisons, and negotiations as required.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of purchase orders, BOQs, and invoices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Engineering/Procurement/Supply Chain or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in purchase order management or procurement support.
- Good knowledge of BOQ preparation and analysis.
- Strong MS Excel and documentation skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong communication and coordination abilities.
