Key Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and suppliers to ensure cost-effective procurement.
- Prepare and process purchase orders in line with company policies and requirements.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely procurement to avoid stock-outs.
- Maintain and update records of purchases, pricing, and vendor contracts.
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, accounts, logistics) for smooth procurement flow.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
- Assist in vendor development and build strong supplier relationships.
- Track deliveries and resolve any supply-related issues.
Requirements
- Graduate in Commerce/Business/Management or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in purchase/procurement/supply chain.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
