Our Client is a Manufacturer & Exporter of Pharmaceutical Products
Job location: Ghatkopar, Mumbai
Timings: 9.30am to 5.30pm
Working days: 2nd & 4th Saturday off
PURCHASE EXECUTIVE
Experience: 3 to 4 Years of experience preferably in Pharma/chemicals
Other industry candidates not acceptable.
Qualification: Graduate, Preferably Commerce
JOB PROFILE
· Receive Indents from departments and check each item for quantity, Specification etc
including delivery schedule.
· Floating enquiry/request quotation to vendors for RM/PM.
· Negotiate favourable payments terms and conditions with suppliers
· Issuing Purchase Orders for RM/PM.
· Forward to supplier & follow up for sample.
· Follow-up with vendors for timely delivery of goods at site.
· Follow-up and co-ordinate for receipt of material till it reaches factory
· Follow-up with supplier for incomplete documents.
· Co-ordination with inter departments like A/cs - forwarding invoices & follow-up for the same, Store - incomplete documentation.
· Co-ordination with Vendors for rejected material issues and replacement of the same
· Processing of bills and tracking of payments with Finance.
· Checking stock of the major product and maintain stock.
· Control on the inventory of the material
· Reporting to Purchase Head/Manager
PERKS AND BENEFITS
Salary range: Rs. 4 Lacs to 5.5 Lacs PA
Negotiable: Depending upon candidate & experience
