Key Responsibilities:
- Source raw spices (e.g., turmeric, chili, cumin, coriander, pepper) from verified suppliers and farmers.
- Negotiate prices, delivery terms, and contracts while ensuring competitive procurement.
- Monitor and forecast spice market trends, pricing fluctuations, and seasonal variations.
- Ensure timely procurement aligned with production schedules and stock levels.
- Coordinate with quality control and production teams to ensure raw material standards are met.
- Prepare purchase orders, manage documentation.
- Maintain inventory reports, track stock levels, and identify reorder points.
- Resolve any quality or delivery issues with suppliers promptly.
