Procurement & Purchase Management
- Identify the school’s requirements for stationery, books, uniforms, furniture, IT equipment, lab materials, and housekeeping supplies.
- Source vendors and suppliers as per the school’s budget and quality standards.
- Collect quotations, compare prices, and negotiate with vendors for best deals.
- Ensure timely purchase and delivery of materials to avoid disruption in school operations.
2. Vendor & Supplier Management
- Develop and maintain relationships with reliable suppliers and service providers.
- Prepare vendor lists and maintain supplier contracts/agreements.
- Evaluate vendor performance based on quality, delivery timelines, and pricing.
- Resolve disputes, delays, or issues with vendors.
3. Inventory & Stock Management
- Maintain records of stock in the school store (stationery, books, lab equipment, sports items, uniforms, etc.).
- Conduct regular stock audits and report shortages to management.
- Issue materials to departments as per requirement and maintain issue registers.
- Prevent overstocking, understocking, and wastage of materials.
4. Budgeting & Cost Control
- Prepare purchase budgets in consultation with the Accounts/Finance department.
- Ensure purchases are cost-effective without compromising quality.
- Track expenses against the approved purchase budget.
5. Compliance & Documentation
- Follow school policies and CBSE/State Board norms related to procurement.
- Maintain purchase orders, invoices, bills, and payment records.
- Ensure timely approval of purchase requisitions from management.
- Coordinate with accounts for vendor payment processing.
6. Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with academic departments, labs, admin office, and housekeeping to collect requirement lists.
- Submit daily/weekly/monthly purchase reports to the Principal/Management.
- Assist in planning requirements for annual events, sports day, functions, and examinations.
7. Other Responsibilities
- Handle emergency purchase requirements (repairs, maintenance, utilities).
- Maintain confidentiality of school pricing, supplier details, and purchase strategies.
- Ensure quality check of all purchased items before acceptance.

Pay: ₹10,662.63 - ₹12,000.00 per month
