Job Title : Purchase Assistant
Job Description :
- The Purchase Assistant will be responsible for mainly raising the Purchase Orders to the vendors.
- The job will involve doing multiple tasks in SAP related to price updation and vendor, article, EAN master updation.
- Should be able to work in SAP, as the role requires editing, entering data and creating PO in SAP.
- Store wise article wise price changes to be done with close coordination with internal price masters team.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel is required.
- Must be able to communicate well on mail with vendors and DC teams.
- Will also have to track and follow up on vendor payments.
Experience : Minimum 2 years in Excel & in PO creation.
Educational Qualification : Any Graduate
Skills required:
-Good interpersonal qualities with strong bias for action.
-Must have the ability to work as a team player and work independently with minimal supervision.
-Is Result oriented.
