We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Primary Teacher (PRT) to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should be capable of teaching students from Grade I to V, fostering their intellectual and social development through creative and structured learning techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons as per the CBSE curriculum.
- Develop and implement age-appropriate teaching aids and instructional materials.
- Assess student progress through regular assessments, homework, class participation, and projects.
- Maintain discipline and promote positive behavior management.
- Encourage and support students in their learning and holistic development.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student performance and progress.
- Participate in school events, staff meetings, and professional development programs.
- Maintain records such as attendance, health, and academic reports of students.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
