Description
- Lead electric powertrain development projects through matrix management of multidisciplinary development team.
- Plan, manage and monitor the product development activities from the project initiation stage to full product maturity.
- Communicate proactively with various R&D and supply chain teams to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Mechanical \ Electrical engineering \ Computer Engineering – must have
- 7+ years of project management experience in automotive companies, including the following disciplines: scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk management.
- Experience multi-disciplinary system (Mechanical & Electrical & SW Embedded product).
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to drive and motivate people.
- Creative with a can-do attitude, and problem-solving skills.
- Team player, quick learner, proactive, and positive attitude.
