We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator (Fresher) to support our IT project team. You will work closely with Project Managers, developers, designers, and clients to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with the desired quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Project Manager in planning and organizing project activities
- Coordinate with internal teams (developers, testers, designers) to ensure smooth task execution
- Track project progress using tools like spreadsheets
- Help prepare and maintain project documentation
- Schedule and attend meetings; record and follow up on action items
- Communicate with clients to gather requirements and provide updates (under supervision)
- Identify basic project risks and escalate them to the Project Manager
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Management, or a related field
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Basic understanding of software development life cycle
- Familiarity with project management tools is a plus
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced IT environment
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
