Responsibilities
Manage project-related documentation, contracts, and labour records (online and on paper).
Prepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and site teams.
Attend client meetings (online and in-person if required) and represent the company professionally.
Support project tracking, scheduling, and manpower allocation.
Requirements Minimum 1+ year of experience in civil / construction / manpower supply / project coordination (preferred). Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Google Sheets, and online tools. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
