Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all aspects of project operations from order receipt to site delivery and erection.
- Liaise with cross-functional departments including design, procurement, production, and logistics to align project timelines and deliverables.
- Track and monitor project schedules, milestones, and deliverables using appropriate tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel, ERP software).
- Maintain communication with clients for updates, approvals, and clarification of requirements.
- Ensure that project documents are complete, up-to-date, and properly filed.
- Assist in preparing weekly/monthly project status reports for internal and client review.
- Follow up with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely procurement and execution.
- Identify project risks and help develop mitigation plans with senior managers.
- Support site coordination in terms of material dispatch schedules, manpower mobilization, and issue resolution.
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards across all operational phases.
- Drive process improvements in operations for better efficiency and client satisfaction.
