- Experience in application development and design using Progress 4GL/Open Edge 10.x, 11.x, 12.x concepts (Development Role)
- Strong knowledge on Application Design
- Strong knowledge of Progress Database concepts
- Experience on team handling
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Knowledge on ADM, Webservices & AppServers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong technical background, willing to learn new tools and technologies
- Knowledge on Insurance domain will be an added an advantage
