Position Information:
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, early childhood education, business administration: OR two (2) years progressive experience in child care or social services.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage performance, and implement program policies.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Computer proficiency and ability to use technology for case management and reporting.
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate and interact effectively with Program Services Staff and Early Learning Providers with professionalism.
- Must be legally authorized to work in US/TX.

Responsibilities:
The Program Support Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the administrative, financial, and operational functions that support effective program delivery. This role ensures timely documentation, compliance, and the development of streamlined workflows. The position also supervises financial processes such as budgeting, invoicing, and reporting while working closely with the finance team to maintain alignment with organizational and grant requirements.
- Oversee day to day administrative operations supporting program delivery.
- Ensuring timely and accurate documentation, reporting, and compliance with internal and external requirements.
- Developing and implementing efficient workflows and standard operating procedures.
- Supervise financial support functions including budgeting, invoicing, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
- Collaborating with the finance department to ensure alignment with organizational policies and grant requirements.
- Serve as liaison between frontline staff and upper management, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Participate in audits, reporting, and quality assurance initiatives.
- Represent the CCS program in community meetings or events as assigned.
