We are looking for an experienced Injection Molding Supervisor to oversee production operations at our plastic molding facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in injection molding processes, machine operation, and quality control while ensuring efficient production and team management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily injection molding operations.
- Ensure machines are set up correctly and running efficiently.
- Monitor production quality and troubleshoot molding defects.
- Oversee mold changes, machine maintenance, and process optimization.
- Train and manage production staff to meet output and quality targets.
- Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with other departments to meet production schedules.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in injection molding, with supervisory experience preferred.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of Haitian, Toshiba, Engel, or similar molding machines.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot machine issues and improve efficiency.
- Leadership: Strong team management and communication skills.
- Education: Diploma/Degree in Plastics/Mechanical Engineering is a plus.
