As we expand our operations, we are looking for a store supervisor who takes full ownership of plant performance, hygiene, labor, and quality. This is a key role in delivering consistent excellence to our clients like Haldiram’s and beyond.
✅ Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end rice production including milling, grading, packing, and dispatch
- Ensure daily hygiene and fumigation protocols are strictly followed
- Supervise and guide labor teams to maintain efficiency and discipline
- Monitor and ensure timely maintenance of machinery (e.g., boiler, sortex, conveyors)
- Implement and maintain quality control checks before packaging and dispatch
- Track daily production output, stock, and raw material usage (Management will guide)
- Identify process improvements to reduce wastage and delays
- Coordinate with management and report production status regularly
✅ Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in rice mills, food manufacturing, or grain processing plants
- Strong knowledge of factory hygiene, fumigation, and pest control protocols
- Ability to handle labour management, shift planning, and conflict resolution
- Experience in machine supervision and maintenance coordination
- Basic computer and report-writing skills preferred
