Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor daily production activities of PEB components (beams, columns, rafters, secondary members, etc.).
- Allocate work to operators and workers based on production schedules and priorities.
- Ensure achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly production targets as per planning.
- Maintain quality standards in line with company and client requirements.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machines, and materials with minimal wastage.
- Coordinate with planning, quality, maintenance, and logistics teams for smooth operations.
- Maintain discipline, safety standards, and housekeeping within the production area.
- Identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements for efficiency.
- Maintain production records, shift reports, and MIS.
- Train and guide shop-floor workers for skill development.
- Ensure adherence to ISO, safety, and company SOPs.
