Job Purpose:
The Production Supervisor will oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring smooth production flow, adherence to quality standards, safety compliance, and achievement of production targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities on the shop floor.
- Monitor machine operations, manpower allocation, and production schedules.
- Ensure proper use of raw materials and minimize wastage.
- Implement and maintain Quality Assurance Plan during production.
- Conduct inspections of in-process and finished goods for dimensional accuracy, surface quality, and compliance with standards.
- Train and guide operators and workers on safe and efficient processes.
- Maintain accurate records of production reports, downtime, and material usage.
- Coordinate with maintenance for preventive and breakdown repairs.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives for productivity and cost reduction.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
