Position: Production Shift In-Charge – OleoChemicals
Location: [Gandhidham]
Experience: Minimum 4 Years
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech – Chemical Engineering
Salary: ₹58,000/month (CTC)
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise production activities during assigned shifts in the OleoChemicals plant
- Ensure smooth operations of reactors, distillation units, and related equipment
- Monitor and control process parameters to maintain product quality and safety
- Coordinate with maintenance, QA/QC, and utility teams for shift-wise production targets
- Maintain shift logs, material usage records, and production reports
- Enforce safety standards and report incidents/near misses promptly
- Conduct shift handovers and ensure proper communication between teams
- Train and guide operators and junior staff for efficient plant functioning
Skills Required:
- In-depth understanding of oleochemical or chemical processing operations
- Familiarity with DCS/SCADA systems
- Knowledge of safety protocols (HAZOP, PPE, MSDS, etc.)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot process issues quickly
