Location: Wada, Palghar
Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm
Experience: 1–3 years (mandatory in Formulation Plant)
Openings: 2 Positions
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end production activities related to Tablets & Capsules.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements & cGMP standards.
- Supervise & guide the production team to achieve set targets with quality & efficiency.
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments for smooth operations.
- Drive process development & optimization to enhance productivity.
- Prepare daily, weekly & monthly production reports and act on improvements.
- Monitor all formulation activities & ensure accurate online documentation (BMR, log books, etc.).
- Ensure preventive maintenance schedules for all machines.
